We do not allow any non-supreme items, when we see these they will be removed. Please report anything you feel does not reflect the high quality you would expect from Supreme.

Items are moved to different categories to match the original Supreme categories. This improves the marketplace experience and helps buyers find the items they want.

If your profile infringes the rules, you will be contacted by our moderation team via email informing you of what rules you violated and how to resolve the situation. It’s very important that your email address is correct and up-to-date for this reason.

If you don’t take action and rectify the problem, or if you ignore our messages, we will close your account. And we really don’t want to do that.

Being part of the community and listing an item is always free.

If you sell an item Strictlypreme will charge 5% on the total transaction amount, including the shipping costs. This charge will be taken directly from your PayPal account before the remainder of the money is paid to you. This can sometimes take a few hours, so if it appears we have charged you without paying you anything, rest assured it will arrive!

You need to be part of the community or login to buy something on the site. Then simply click on the item you like and make an offer or click ‘buy’. When the seller accepts or counters your offer you will be notified via both email and through Strictlypreme messages.

You will be sent a link to check out using PayPal. Once you have checked out, you have bought the item!

For your protection we make sure that all buyers and sellers are ‘real’. All Strictlypreme sellers must connect a verified PayPal account if they wish to sell on Strictlypreme.

A Verified PayPal account helps make transactions safer for everyone. When you’re Verified, it means that you’ve provided additional information about yourself to help confirm your identity. This provides Buyer and seller protection and avoids fraudulent activity.

You need to connect your PayPal to Strictlypreme to list an item, so that you can get paid when it sells. All new items listed will be available for immediate purchase. Making sure that you can buy and sell safely and simply is our top priority, and we can only protect transactions that occur in Strictlypreme using the ‘Buy’ button. Connecting your Strictlypreme account with a secure and protected payment provider ensures that all sales made in Strictlypreme are protected.

When you make a sale, the funds will be put into your PayPal account and a message will be sent to your email with the buyer’s shipping address. You will then receive an email from do-not-reply@strictlypreme.com and service@paypal.com with transaction details. Once the payment is confirmed in your PayPal account, please ship the item and upload shipping information to both PayPal and Strictlypreme. Shipping in a timely manner with a tracking number will ensure you are eligible for PayPal Protection.

You can accept as many offers as you’d like. Whoever pays first buys the item.

Shipping costs are included in all offers from potential buyers. If the item is purchased through the buy it now option, shipping is included in the final sale price. Please note that sellers can edit shipping costs in each of their listings.

Yes. If you do not ship with full tracking or delivery confirmation you are not eligible for PayPal Protection.

Please do not ship out an item unless you have absolutely confirmed that the payment is in your PayPal account. You can confirm this by checking your PayPal history for the transaction and seeing that your listing has successfully been marked as sold.

Strictlypreme is not responsible for what happens during a trade. However, if you were to conduct one, you should only buy each other’s items for the market price through Strictlypreme so you’re covered by PayPal protection.

Yes it is very safe… but we recognise that sometimes mistakes happen and problems may arise, everyone is human… if something does go wrong, (e.g. you didn’t receive the item or it is different to the description), if it took place through Strictlypreme you are protected… assuming you’ve followed our rules and not done anything to go against them!

Since all our payments are processed through PayPal, all transactions through Strictlypreme will be eligible for PayPal Buyer and Seller Protection which entitles you to reimbursement of the full purchase price plus shipping.

If you’re a seller, ship to the confirmed address via a tracked postal method. If you’re a buyer, always pay within Strictlypreme, using the Buy button. Never send money via any other method otherwise Strictlypreme cannot see the transaction and you won’t have any protection.

For more information you can contact our Community Support team at support@strictlypreme.com with your username and your transaction details.

Seller Protection ensures that your sale is covered in case of problems, e.g.:

  • Item did not arrive. The buyer reports not receiving the item you shipped
  • Item not as described. The buyer reports receiving an item that is different from how you described it.
  • The buyer claims their money back after receiving the item you sent (chargeback)

In order to be covered by Seller Protection, you must:

Seller Protection applies only if all of the conditions above are met. All sales made outside of Strictlypreme are against our Terms of Service and are not covered by Seller Protection. Meet in person transactions are not covered by Seller Protection.

If the buyer opens a dispute because the item never arrived or is not as described, PayPal will contact you to inform you of this and the next steps to take.

Strictlypreme will help you in any way we can and provide you with the support and information you need.

PayPal might ask you to provide proof of shipping and delivery (tracking code), or evidence that the item you sold was correctly described. Failure to provide the above might result in the dispute being closed in the buyer’s favour.
